Driving into Singapore

Driving in Spore is a lill bit tricky. Memang leceh sikit if you guys ada nawaitu nak bwk kete msk spore. Dulu masa start drive dulu, asik mengelak je if my mom wanted me to drive. Takut... After a while, i got the hang of it.


Any foreign cars yg nk msk Spore,  there are a few to things to bear in mind.


First, passport!! Make sure the expiry date is no less than 6 months from the day you want to enter spore.


Next, white cards. It looks something like this.

Kalau dulu, masa di kastam johor yg lama. Ada org duduk tepi jalan bole tuliskan. Bayar kat dia masalah settle. Tapi sekarang dah takde. So, minta white card ni pd member or relative yg ada. Last resort, u guys terus minta cards tu di kaunter imigresen spore. Tapi leceh la. Kite kene isi borang tu dlm kete dan ada berduyun-duyun kete tunggu belakang kete kite. A lill bit menekan jiwa n raga la. Tapi for those yg selalu msk spore on regular basis macam yours sincerely ini, u guys bole ask for the white cards at the spore counter on your way out. Lepas dia cop cop passport tu, mintak je white cards dgn dia. Tapi selalunya dia bg cume 5 jer. Agak kedekuts diorg ni. Kalau nk mintak je lebih.


And one more thing, masa masuk. Lepas dia bg passport balik pd kite, u guys better check again. for this...



Keratan ni officer tu akan tinggalkan dlm passport kita. Diorg amik the other keratan. Check dulu sblm drive away. Once, my dad punye hilang. Perasan masa nak keluar spore. Sgt leceh. Kena turun naik office and jumpe mcm org. So after that, my family learnt our lesson.


Third, Autopass! It is something like Touch n go. Tapi canggih skit. Sbb dia tk boleh berpindah milik. Satu kete satu autopass. Takleh tukar2. Setiap kali kita renew roadtax, kite kene update di office diorg. Leceh kan. You are suppose to enter the card into the card reader at the counter on ur way in and out. So they will have record of ur vehicle coming in n out of spore. So if anything happen, they have record. Something, we Malaysian haven't done yet.



If you do not own this, just drive along the RED LANE after the counter. Look carefully for the RED LANE, coz if  u miss it, then u have to settle it on ur way out. The red lane was very tricky, so keep ur eyes open. It costs SG$10. It has SG$4 in it. So u have to top it up at the nearest 7 eleven. Kalau masuk spore masa weekend n public holiday, harga dia murah skit. Tapi kalu masuk masa weekdays, pergghh memang cekik darah diorg ni. Sekali masukkan kad, kalu tk silap SG$20. So kalu pegi balik dah SG$40. Tu blm convert to RM. So korang kira sendiri. Btw, nak bgtau kalau foreign cars nak msk Malaysia pulak cuma RM2.80(Touch n go). See the difference???


So nak dijadikan cerite. Cite yg agak dh lapuk. It happened bout 2 weeks ago. My nenek sedara passed away and my mom and I quickly turun sana. My dad was not feeling well so it was just the two of us.



Masa masuk, I entered the card into the card reader. Selalunya, ia akan display balance and tulis Transaction Successful. Tapi hari tu, dia tak keluar ape2. Just blank. And the officer in the booth didn't say anything. So, i thought maybe the machine had gone haywire la. So I ignored it. Tak masuk pun Red Lane nak check ke ape. So we spent a nite there at my aunt's in Tampines.



The next day, on our way out. i entered the card again. Now, baru keluar error. So the officer asked me to go to the office to check. Sblm tu mintk white cards dulu. Heheh



I thought the prob sbb my road tax nk mati lagi 2 hari. Tapi bile tanya kat kakak kat office tu. Dia kata I tak keluar spore dari bulan september. Dia kata balance tak cukup dalam kad. She said I have to pay SG$1,450.00 ++. *Palmface!! Hah!!! You are %$#*&^% kidding me. Dalam wallet ada SG$200++.



So tak bole jd ni. Ni bukan salah aku. Last I went to spore was in September to distribute my bro's wedding invitations. Tak pernah pulak la tk masuk Autopass tu setiap kali kitrg keluar masuk spore. So i explained to akak tu that mmg i ada masukkan kad. Nasib baik la kakak tu pun reasonable gak la. Dia tanya ada tak black n white cakap kite dah keluar spore time tu. Nak black n white ape lg. Passport kan ada. That is my proof. So dia pun settlekan gak. Dia pesan lain kali kalu kad reader tu blank atau tulis error, cepat2 masuk office.



Last last, kitrg kene bayar SG$30 for compensation. Duit Malaysia dh nk dekat RM80. Tak pasal2 duit melayang hari tu. Kalau salah sendiri tak kisah sgt la. Ini card reader tu punye pasal.



Balik Malaysia, marah marah sambil drive sambil swearing sambil berbangga jd anak Malaysia. Malaysians, we are not rip offs.

Merlin Finale Review

Wow......

that's exactly what's on my mind after  i watched the finale just now. watched it through gqnasa channel. u guys can also check out the mirainsweden2 to view the previous eps. we malaysian are pretty lucky. i think  we are a week behind uk. kudos to tv3 and diva!

spoiler alert!!

Mordred stabbed arthur. arthur killed mordred. he was badly wounded. Arthur finally knew about merlin. he was pretty mad at first. but he managed to get over it after seeing how much merlin would go to extra length for him. merlin killed morgana. gawain died. arthur died.

oh no. i was like ....not him.he can't die. he's arthur.he's the once and future king. the writer were idiots. season 5 was pretty disappointing for me.



but i must say the bromance was incredible. i sobbed sobbed when he thanked merlin on his deathbed. i really thought he was gonna say i love u to merlin. lol



gwen became queen. she should've been pregnant. arthur jr would heal all our broken hearts rite. i should be a merlin writer. ;)


i cant believe Merlin is over. i'm gonna miss it so much. thanks for the great 5 years.

My idea of the Perfect Man

Just finished watching a straight to DVD film, Fire with Fire. And...... I swooned.


Always been an avid fan of action movie. And it doesn't hurt that super hot Josh Duhamel was in it. Swooned again.

A lill bit about the film.  Firefighter Jeremy (Josh of course) unknowingly witnesses the clerk in a liquor store being brutally murdered at the hands of Hagan, a white nationalist. Turned out, Hagan has a big Wanted sign on his forehead courtesy of the police. Trying to testify against him made Jeremy was put in the Witness Protection Program. There he met Talia (Rosario Dawson), a US Marshal assigned to his case. and yeah you guess it. They fell head over heels in love with each other. As a result, Jeremy and Talia find their lives in jeopardy.


So, Josh Jeremy has to take matters into his own hands when his and Talia's life are threatened by a man he’s going to testify against. Jeremy will have to work to eliminate Hagan’s men one by one in order to protect the woman he loves. Awww

A guy who will fight for you. A guy who will do almost anything to protect you. A guy who will be worried about you if you are ten minutes late. A guy who will love you wholeheartedly without being asked. A guy who thinks you look the best when your hair is a mess. A guy who sits beside you watching hopeless romantic movies with his eyes closed. A guy who will wake you up with a kiss and a breakfast on bed after a fight last nite. A guy who listens to your cheesy mixed tape and make fun of it. A guy who will listen to you when you had a bad day at work. And. A guy who will love you, just you.

Too good to be true rite. Still praying for this guy, whoever and wherever he is. To whom it may concern, speak out. You are not easy to find. Out!! #cheezy mode

Trip 5A 2011 & 2012

Kami, Skuad Tahun 6 dah berhutang trip ni dgn last year's kids. Hutang tetap hutang kan. Walaupun diorang dah berterabur kat serata Johor ni, kami nak buat jugak. So kami gather gather those kids from last and this year. Alhamdulillah. Lunas sudah janji dan hutang kami pada mereka.

8.00 a.m.
Those kids dah tercongok kt sekolah tunggu cikgu dia. Tapi biasala, cikgu dia janji Melayu. Kata kul 8, tp pukul 8 masih kat depan cermin. I arrived at 8.15. Muka my two colleagues masih tk nampak lg. Ingat aku yg paling lmbt. ;) But then, I started to count those kids. One is missing. In Facebook, he said he will come. Try to call and msg, but to no avail. So my colleague and I pergi rumah dia. Ciss, masih tidur. So kitrg offer kt dia n ckp ktrg bole tunggu. Tapi dia taknak. So ktrg cabut trs. Rezeki depan mata. Tak payah bayar satu sen pun. Pun ada yg tolak.

8.50 a.m
Sarap dulu kat R&R Pontian. Bebudak tu excited sampai suruh makan pun tk nak. Ada 2-3 org je yg nk makan. Yg lain minum je. Kebetulan, kami duduk sebelah meja dgn org kuat Pejabat Daerah. Kak Faizah ni mmg glemer satu Pontian. Pergi mana2 mesti ada org yg kenal dia. So aku pun menumpang glemer dia jap. We were introduced to the new Pontian CADO. A very nice and humble man. CADO tu ape? Memula aku pun tk tau. Something like Chief Assistant of District Officer. Ye ke betul tu? Taram je la. Hahahah They were excited about us taking those kids to have fun. Sempat cakap susah nak dapat sekolah yg buat cam ni. Memang rezeki budak2 tu. CADO tu belanja kami makan dan siap bg RM100 utk tambah2 belanja di JB. Terima kasih byk2 to CADO Pontian. We didn't even catch his name. Jasa anda Tuhan je yang dapat balas. Semoga rezeki melimpah ruah lg.

10.00 a.m.
Arrived at Danga City Mall. Main boling dulu.















Last year's 5A candidates. From left : Natasha, Alif and Izzati. Natasha is studying at SM Sains Kota Tinggi. Izzati is studying at MRSM Pontian. Alif ni dulu dapat SM Sains Sembrong, tapi dia tolak. Anak mak skit ni. Hehehe



12.00 p.m.
Arrived at AEON Bukit Indah. Pergi beli tiket wayang dulu. Tgk movie yg ada. Breaking Dawn : a big no-no. Edward Bella kiss would be an awkward moment for us. Lagenda Budak Setan : so so. We decided to watch Life of PI 3D. Cikgu dia pun jakun tak pernah tgk 3D kat wayang. I thought the price ticket will be slightly higher than usual. Tp bile tanya kat amoi comel kat counter TGV tu, ternganga gak la. Adults RM21, children RM16. Double tu. Memula tu hesitate gak la. Kitrg ni 3 adults, 7 children. Tapi sbb tak jd main archery lepas main boling td, I thought duit yg di alllocate utk archery bole top up movie ni. So without wasting any more time, habis RM100 ++. Amoi tu pn bg speck 3D. Bole bawak balik btw.



Sempat tanya kat amoi tu pasal beanieplex. Correct me if i'm wrong, setahu aku TGV je ada bende ni.





Best kan. Mcm katil. Bole muat 2 adults and a child. Harga dia RM40. I think it's quite affordable. Next time bole try.

Ok dah tersasar jauh. Back to our subject.

1.10 p.m.
Mencekik di Pizza Hut. Sian tgk some of the kids. Tak pernah pergi dan rasa Pizza Hut. Ni la peluang nak pergi.









Makan dengan sgt tergesa2 sbb movie pukul 2. Tapi puas tgk those kids makan dengan licinnya.

Movie time!!!









So what do we think about the movie? SGT BESTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!! Highly recommended. Watching in 3D was a new experience for me. Gambar macam berlapis-lapis. Sgt in love dengan Richard Parker.


Very good story line. Adequate sense of humour. Lots of terkejut moments especially when Richard Parker revealed himself from the boat. Felt like he was going to jump at us....hungrily of course. A story about human/animal connection and relationship under the unexpected circumstances. I definitely will watch it again. Nak ajak my mom and dad.
